amazing stay!
helpful front desk spacious room comfortable bed
i had a amazing experience here! the front desk was very helpful, i received assistance for a late check-out. the room was spacious, it featured a modern design. beds and pillows were comfortable, extra pillows were available in the closet.
the housekeeping and front desk staff did not answer calls. i waited for twenty minutes, this was quite frustrating.

the hotel is close to the subway, this offers great convenience. many malls and restaurants are within walking distance, perfect for exploring local cuisine. orchard road access is immediate, it is a popular shopping area.

the hotel has a drinking water faucet in the bathroom, i found this saved the hassle of asking for more bottles. front desk staff remembers you by name, it adds a personal touch. breakfast had a great choice of food, and the food was AMAZING!!!
